It's not bad, but I have to drop down to 1080p in some games to get the kinds of framerates that I enjoy on my 144hz 1440p monitor.

Yeah, they'll tide us over until the price gouging and false-scarcity ends. Besides, I'll need to build a whole new rig to justify a 3000 series or future 4000 series card; I'm still running an I7 6700k.
