I beat my current mechanical keyboard like a baby seal. My coworkers would like to not hear it on conference calls. Any recommendations on a keyboard thats:

1) Wireless

2) Full size

3) Quiet

4) Has volume keys integrated.

I got some zilent v2 tactile switches. I've never been happier... Keyboard typing wise that is

I've got Durock Silent T1 tactile "Shrimp" switches (budget Zilent V2s essentially) and they feel and sound great. They're smooth and very tactile with a decent amount of weight behind them.
