I just tried it with a 2 hour old White House video on my usual browser signed into youtube, it had 51 likes and 1219 dislikes (if you hover over the likes/dislikes it gives supposedly accurate numbers). Then I tried it in a little used browser on a VPN and it said 51 likes with a bare "Dislike" button. I didn't think of hovering when I watched on the VPN, so I fired it up again and now it won't even connect. Correction: NOTHING will connect. I'll copy this comment to a text file to repost later. Well, it's later now. I had to log out of linux mint and then specify which wifi network to connect to. I've been knocked offline dozens of times for the last 8 months for maybe 5 minute durations while watching youtube. EDIT: No, the other browser won't show dislikes if you hover, just "I LIKE THIS" or "I DISLIKE THIS". I guess I need to try it on my phone now.
