It's a scam. The company consists of 2 people (the CEO and the CTO) Despite their first funding drive claiming to have built a 2 cylinder prototype no such prototype exists (all mention of it was dropped in subsequent funding rounds). They have apparently raised several million dollars but have done nothing but payout the two sole employees. 2nd order harmonics are not the major issue in large displacement 4 cylinder engines. Piston (and connecting rod) weight is. Unless they have developed an ultra light material capable of surviving combustion they still have major problems to solve (and if they have such a material it would be worth more by itself then building a marine engine).
