Not a huge deal really. It's their own company let them do what they want internally. I do like the press coverage though so that potential employees and the public see what kind of company it is and can choose to do business with or not. If their serfs don't like it then they can find a new job or... just start their own Amazon. Maybe this will make talented developers leave.
