Why do you want to do this? What do you want to point it at? It's one thing to point a dish somewhere. It's another thing altogether to be able to get a signal. I'd sign up for a Starlink beta. Tell them you live in one of their rural trial areas, then hack the satalite to point at what you want instead of the starlink constellation.
