I liked the anti-static wristband that looked like one of those charity thingies but connected to nothing. I always find it funny when builders use this weird shit b/c they don't know how static electricity works. Literally just drop your power supply into the case first, plug it in but leave it powered off, then just touch the metal case before handling parts if you're worried. Boom static discharged... magic!!!! Only time I've legit ever used an anti-static wristband was when working on uber expensive servers. That's more of a "cover your ass thing" than an "I'm worried thing".
