The only downside of the $40 per month cellular charge is the speed is capped at 5-mbps and is set at the lowest priority level, with real Verizon customers getting faster connections. I'd consider it if it could be used as a hotspot for when my ISP goes down, which only happened once in 2018. Hell, they collect every bit of data for analysis. There is no privacy on Visible's network. So, a VPN is mandatory to avoid the world finding all your searches and website visits posted online one day, after they get hacked.
