I would run your numbers, but would look in to alternatives and present those as well, if possible. There are definitely alternatives, out there. You can sell them on government spying and data-security. Just spitballin', here. I sure-as-heck know that I'm not gonna be helping more people use Google crap. Good luck.

Perhaps Synology will work, still requires a lot of migration work but it's a private server.
