Bob Ferguson is no better than the patent trolls he is suing so I have no faith this will go anywhere. For example: When WA voters voted to cap their vehicle tabs at $30 due to their politicians increasing them year over year, the state filed a lawsuit against the will of its own voters to overturn the vote and cap and to keep charging exorbitant and ever changing fees. Ferguson was required to defend the voters against the state, however he put no effort into the case and later celebrated losing.
