I was contacted by one of these sellers out of the blue. They sent a screenshot of the item to buy (not even a link to it), then asked for my PayPal info. I figured what the hell, and bought the product. Total crap, yet reviews were great. So I left an honest review. Surprise, seller wouldn't reimburse me for it. Also Amazon took over a MONTH to post the review. I contacted Amazon with copies of the email about them paying for reviews. No response. I fucked them both over in the end because when I was going to return it, I noticed a warning about items with lithium ion batteries in them, and not to take them to UPS because they can't handle such things. I ended up with a full refund and the shitty product (which was okay with some equalizer tweaks in audio settings).

Amazon reviews, just like their products, are mostly counterfeit. In the old days I'd go to Amazon to write reviews of products, because it was such a good source of information. No more.
