What kind of mobile browser do you have in mind? I'd suggest Fennec F-Droid but it's only on F-Droid.

Droid is what I need

Do you know if it is on the app store? I am not very computer literate and don't really have access to a computer other than my phone

It's not on Google Play. You'll have to install F-Droid (f-droid.org) in order to get Fennec F-Droid.
