NO company no matter the form is a family. When companies use 'the family' talk, RED FLAG time, you're being manipulated to give people more chances to fix something like you'd do for family, but the trick is, they don't want to fix anything. It's only going to be against you when you're aware of their unethical or worse behavior. Anything they say about how to resolve issues in 'the family' is bullshit and meant to keep you quiet so the shit won't be known and they can maintain the upper hand, buying time to get rid of you and save their own ass.
