I don't doubt that. I'm just sick of companies thinking that the US is india, and that the customers need to be told what they want. There is no end to feedback to these companies about their shortcomings, but they "know better" and don't adjust to them.
If the cameras were shit then maybe they should have acknowledged this and contracted with another company for imaging (LG isn't really an imaging company from what i know) to make their phones better without trouble.

Absolutely. Whenever you read something claiming a product or brand failed due to poor advertising, what you're really reading is that they failed to hoodwink enough people.
