A dirty bomb perhaps, but weapons grade materials are not as enriched as reactor grade. Anyways, I think nuclear energy should be focused on more than other green energies currently being deployed. I'm not sure how effective this will be as I imagine it will require a water source to produce power, limiting its viability in certain remote locations. Unless its a radio thermoelectric generator, which I doubt is the case.
