looks like a fun reactive target maybe.
Look, I can run mugen 1.1b 60fps without a drop through wine, and gzdoom with brutaldoom and the vulkan API... With settings set to "nothing fancy just plain pixel shit a la old doom" on this computer I'm typing on, alright? I can also run openra tiberian sun... And mame.
CPU is Intel i3-4000M, GPU is "Intel 4th Gen Core Processor"... And 4gb of ram...
CPU Specifications
Number of Cores 2
Number of Threads 4
Processor Base Frequency 2.40 GHz

...
Processor Graphics
Intel® HD Graphics 4600
Graphics Base Frequency 400 MHz
Graphics Max Dynamic Frequency 1.10 GHz
Graphics Video Max Memory 2 GB
...
Alright? It's good ol' 2012 shit....
...
Now my plan is to find a noiseless crapbox like the one featured above with similar specs, if not better, for something under 300 bucks
CPU Specifications
Number of Cores 4
Number of Threads 4
Processor Base Frequency 1.50 GHz
Burst Frequency 2.30 GHz
Cache 2 MB
...
Processor Graphics
Intel® HD Graphics 500
Graphics Base Frequency 250 MHz
Graphics Burst Frequency 750 MHz
Graphics Video Max Memory 8 GB
...
So... Can the crapbox above run mugen? On a 800x600 monitor with a VGA port... https://pic8.co/sh/Bag6lM.jpeg
That's the question on my mind right now and mugen (M.U.G.E.N), doesn't have recommended specs or minimum specs... It's a weird story, but it works
Also brutaldoom, it's important
Edit:
What's your take on all this?
