Yes, but trying to play games designed for a handheld, that is with tactile buttons, is a pain in the ass.
Sure, if you want a mobile fiddly device that comes with lots of ROMs it's not a bad product. But I wouldn't use the screen alone as a selling point.

That's the entire point.
The reason I comment on the screen is because usually, these direct-from-china-very-much-goodly-game-for-you have terrible, terrible screens with horrible color representation and tearing that would make a papermill cry in fear. This one does not, and it actually seems to be a decent handheld device.
