Serves them right, Outlook Web Access was always a crappy idea.
The original systems were really hard to do anything with because only limited types of traffic went in and out, and you could insert endless custom filtering in between if you felt like it. Then they opened them wide open and made everything require active directory and web facing systems.
Nobody really knew what the fuck was going on any more, and you basically ended up with an unmanageable system that became liable to interns pressing the wrong button
