I spoke to their support about this and explain how it completely negates the purpose of a VPN and their 'advanced techs' are supposed to email me. Generally for those that aren't in IT - here's the issue. You launch their app, it loads their site via your browser. They are using google analytics and google tag manager on their domain. Google sets a cookie in your browser. Google now knows your before VPN and after VPN IPs as you browse around any google service or any site that uses google analytics (most websites at this point...)
