Windows 10 Ameliorated removes the install packages from the ISO and disables/uninstalls Windows Update, so they can never be installed. I still wouldn't use it because it's Windows 10, which is a gigantic shit sandwich with a smear of kike bullshit, but the telemetry can be removed.
