All signs point to yes. In 2015, flat earth was trending higher than Donald Trump... until Youtube changed their algorithm and removed the trend report entirely.

I'd argue it's more suppressed than even the Holohoax. The first things they teach you in Elementary school are "The earth is round" and "Hitler is bad". Most people's research stops there.
