Second amendment. That's law.
5th amendment says charges must come through grand jury except those brought through armed forces or militia.
Doesn't the 5th apply to the government? The 2nd is about the government reaching the end of its useful life.
The second amendment doesn't grant any rights, it restricts the federal government. Maybe the amendments aren't technically part of the laws.
