If I knew what else I wanted to do I would get the fuck out of I.T. I was thinking about being a bar tender but I drink too much and have a hard time staying up past 9 pm.

I had to do it with my previous job, except I was taking calls for industrial customers that were breaking stuff that I had to ask "How did you break that? And no, you can't take the probe assembly apart and replace that component, it doesn't work like that."

I don't know what to say, maybe try to get into the management level of tech support, that way you can take the difficult calls and tell them "No, we can't do that."
