Yeah, he's yapping here how israel is the #2 country in tech. They are going to flood everyone else with idiots and be the innovators. Problem is they won't innovate shit, they will just control the information. They do not realize they are shooting themselves in the foot and missing out on real innovation that would make their lives a whole lot easier.
