That's the problem. Nvidia already has their own processor development. There's nothing stopping them from slowly phasing out ARM stuff or putting sweetheart deals in place where if you want to license ARM, you need to also license their GPU technology and put them together.

It's a bad idea all around. ARM stuff is in everything these days, and having it under the control of another processor manufacturer should have triggered anti-trust immediately.
