This is only one part of the problem with the (current) Internet, but I totally agree with every single paragraph.
On the other hand? S/he says we, users, and companies are in a symbiosis. But who'll pay for the fest? The capitalist market ruled - the most successful turned out to be those who not just showed and shoved ads, but traded our privacy to show more expensive ads. And now Facebook is in control of the majority of communication on the Internet (with the exception of e-mail)
