4th dimensional space - time
human time - seconds, minutes, hours, days, weeks and/or etc is just how humans measure that span (distance / length) itself.
Anything on Earth would have to be under 4th dimensional computing now currently.
I can live in this world just fine and have everything fall under 4th dimensional as it is, but this isn't technically tied to anything. It works in my mind and/or is practical at least to use on a daily basis.
Human time is already a measurement of a span (distance / length) of time alone.
To me personally. I live in a 4th dimensional space. It works just fine to me and is practical with human time alone for now.
As everything plays out within this 4th dimensional space (space and time --> human time).
