On my iPhone, I'll connect to the network, then try to load a web page, and then this error message pops up.

When I use the same network on my computer (using windows 10) I get a DNS server isn't responding error.

ISP is Cox. Panoramic is my 2-in-1 router/modem.

I've pushed the reset button on the router/modem multiple times. I've unplugged and replugged the router/modem multiple times.

I've googled "DNS server isn't responding" and have exhausted most of the options that the google search yields.

Cox wants to send out a technician, but they won't be here for a few days, and I'd like to fix it myself (with your help).

I sincerely appreciate your time.

Isn’t it 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4?

Edit: tried both, got an error both times saying “your computer is trying to use a DNS server that is incorrect or doesn’t exist”

Try 1.1.1.1 instead.

It might be an issue with your ISPs DNS.

You can ping them to see if they are accessible.

That didn't work either

Then it’s more than just a DNS issue.
