Can you connect too anything? try going into your internet settings manually use 1.1.1.1 as a dns server and see if that gets you anywhere.
Try to manually add Joogle DNS 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.8.4 in your network adapter's properties (no need to modify your router's settings) and see if it works.
Isn’t it 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4?
Edit: tried both, got an error both times saying “your computer is trying to use a DNS server that is incorrect or doesn’t exist”
Try 1.1.1.1 instead.
It might be an issue with your ISPs DNS.
You can ping them to see if they are accessible.
That didn't work either
First I would go for the obvious: check the connection to the wan (cable/fiber). Then, try to ping 8.8.8.8. If there's no response, tracert 8.8.8.8 (windows) or traceroute 8.8.8.8. I guess you'll not have success, meaning a modem/supply/wan problem, and then you'll have to wait.
Limited knowledge and some prior experience tells me you need a new modem
