Absolutely this is AMD's jab at getting in the enterprise market. All the AM4 socket CPUs support virtualization. Supermicro is also finally rolling out solutions for the Threadripper platform (well they have been over the last few months). http://supermicro.com/products/nfo/AMD_SP3.cfm

EDIT: Looks like Supermicro's offering are only for the EPYC CPUs. But the entire Threadripper line still supports virtualization (can't remember what AMD's VT-x is). Just depends on the motherboard.
