That niggerball player already proved this. He made a school primarily for blacks only and not a single student is proficient in math or reading/language.

They "blame the school". It's not the school, you just proved what we already know. They are just "not like us" and the culture is anti-education. Sure, a few will rise up but that's like 1 in 1k (if you are lucky) and they have the crabs in a bucket mentality "stop acting so White" is a insult for being smart or educated.
