During my military time we had people stationed in Golan Heights. They would come back and say that Israel is constantly agitating situation with neighbors by using weather control to create draughts an destroy their crops. There was even a situation where one of the bigger counties (can't remember which one, but it was enough of a threat to kikes) stated that they will declare war to Israel if they don't get rain within a month. They got rain and draught was done for them.
