The original context behind this is Bill and Melinda describing how if you can control child mortality from vaccine preventable disease in 3rd world then there is less need to have large families in order to have sufficient surviving children. I think that makes some sense...
But then you see the result of covid vaccine and learn about the others and see increasing infant mortality in USA concomitant with increasing numbers of vaccines and yeah, (((these people))) are genocidal monsters.
