I always just though he was a nerdy tech developer. Now I am learning he is the real life equivalent of Dr Evil and is laughing about it. He probably trained the fake VP and hotdog swallowing dindu hindu Kamaltoe how to cackle away so well nonsensically at nothing and with complete contempt.
