Lots of renters treat property badly. I've had to clean out after evicted tenants and some leave horrors behind. Mexicans in general don't understand or care about conditions where they live. Many Asians don't have a clue how to maintain a lawn. Most people don't have realistic ideas on landscaping either but renters don't even care.

Since we're on the topic, Mexicans have brought the return of bedbugs. Nasty bugs. You may not see them or notice them. Weirdly, they like biting legs at night and leave nasty welts that itch like crazy. If you notice this in the morning you have bedbugs.

Oh, you dont know the half of it my guy. One of my neighbors rents out their house, and it's been a family of filthy spics living there for the past year and a half. This is 110% true.

I used to not be racist towards mexicans. Now I hate them just as much as the negroes. We now have to deal with roaches, rats, being kept awake at 4am because they're blasting they're terrible music and yelling drunkenly, the list goes on.

Never take having white neighbors for granted. I sure did.
