He deserves the rope, but there really isn't much visual difference between a 15 year old and an 18 year old so it's a big stretch to call him a pedophile. The only way to realistically know if a young woman is legal is to demand photo ID or consult with a relative, both of which I don't think are typically a high priority for rapists.
