Let me introduce you to a product called "Now Internet"

Company: Comcast.

I realize I could stop right there but....

Business Model: aggravating experience to upsell to post paid service. Self service, e-waste being passed on to customers in the form of outdated XB3 modems. Lies about 100MBPS speeds. No workflow for cases where the modem fails.

This was a problem introduced as a solution to e-waste and trying to capture new customers.
