Has anyone ever returned a mattress that was delivered shrink wrapped? How does that customer service call work? It's not like going down to your local mattress shop.Even still with that how do you get a mattress like that into your car to bring it back? I always thought that once you buy a mattress you're kind of stuck with it.

Yep they tell you to prove you donated it

We "returned" a mattress we didn't like a few years ago. The company told us to donate it to a homeless shelter, get a receipt and submit it to them. We were then credited the full amount.

Interesting. Give the homeless guy a mattress that's going to fuck his back up. Free is free though. And I think one or two days on a bad mattress isn't going to kill him.
