Both my 30+ year old vehicles have problems and are undrivable after spending untold money on them. Im still trying to figure out whose name to put my house and acreage in. Im still moving shit and need more shelves. But now I dont have a truck to move shit or take it to the dump. I need more motivation but its hard to come by. Im not even gonna go into how I really feel.

But hey I still have my health (I think) and a place to live and Dog.

Does your state allow for putting the home/property in a trust?

Are your 2 vehicles the same, or close enough that you could salvage parts from one to make at least one of the vehicles drivable?

Do you have a bunch of trees on your land that you could sell to a lumber company? Or cut them down and turn them into lumber yourself (the prices are still quite high)?

vehicles different, Im gonna fix them just parts need ordered and shipping times.(plus money) Nah most field and maybe one acre wood. Its leased for the exemption. I cant do homestead or school tax exemption after 65 unless its in my name. I dont think a trust would work for my situation.
