The cholesterol in eggs is insanely healthy. It's natural and not made from chemical manufacturing like transfats etc.

Yes and I agree but I'm starting to now and have been for a short while, think that some very basic carbs are fine and while full carnivore is definitely doable I don't think having actual bread (not the store garbage with 700 ingrediants) or white rice isn't bad, broccoli, carrots etc.
