I worked at a very large pool has a teenager and every 15 minutes or so we'd turn the waves on and I'll never forget multiple people screaming and swimming towards the sides like a shark had appeared and the lifeguards were helping people and that was the day I learned what "period poop" was. A very heavy set woman who was standing about 30 feet in at waist height water had shit herself and there was diarrhea and blood everywhere.
The pool was closed and drained. I didn't swim in it again when we reopened.

Basically yes. It was horrifying. Had to use a wet vac to get a lot out because was a huge dump and clumps wouldn't go down some of the drains.
