Comcast and other major ISP DNS servers block archive.is and its many sub-domains (if you have an ISP and haven't setup your own server, you use your ISP's dns)
Do you get a DNS "Name Not Resolved" error when using your ISP? Or is it an explicit IP ban? I assume it is the former.
