More like where. I had 1.10 a gallon for a while. I filled up for .99 a few times and as low as .91 Teumps 3 year in office. So it depends on where you were living and how close to a refinery you lived.

Yep. I'm not in Texas but a dark red state and live close to a refinery so it was fucking cheap.
