One piece of advice is to stay off poal. It's a place that thrives in telling people that they're victims and it's not their fault and the world is out to get them. Constant negatively that won't help.

Tell you doctor or wife if you have one, hopefully they're understanding.

Why is there a whole sub bashing you you seem like kinda a cool dude unlike clutch Bag.

Sub bashing me is flattery. Same guys 18 months ago were saying covid was fake, then swore HCQ was the cure, now insist ivermectin is the cure. For a disease that didn't exist. They also though Trump would win in a landslide a year ago, and can't accept it so have to tell themselves the election was stolen, but they don't like him anyway, but would vote for him again. They laugh at "liberals" for safe spaces but set up a sub and delete my posts and block me from replying. In short, people like that amuse me more than anything.

But onto depression, go somewhere quiet and think about it for a while. Think to yourself if it's a couple of specific things causing it (work, family, lack of family, illness etc). If it's one or 2 things see if there's anything you can do about it. If not, try and not let it bother you, or call in help. Eg, if you discover its your wife, sit here down and talk to her. If it seems to be a combination of things, it could be medicine, lack of serotonin or something. Go to a doctor and tell them. Do not take drugs without agreeing to counselling. Drugs on their own will work, but counselling will help you deal with it. There is reasons why people become depressed, life doesn't have to be that way. You can get it sorted and start feeling better, no one needs to feel that way

I think someone here mentioned taking hyperzine or Huperzine, not sure what it was, but it supposedly is good for you.

[–] 0 pt

It does. What are you doing to stop?

Environmental stressors take a toll on the body.

Look into ashwagandha. It really helps with the processes the body burns up under stress and depression.

Change your diet, exercise, enjoy some sunlight and quit beating off.

>quit beating off.

Quit beating yourself off.

You can beat off that homeless guy as much as you want. His life is hard, and you bring a special joy to him. You remind him of his first wife, before the accident.
