I slammed a long island iced tea last night. Took maybe two minutes before the regret settled in. Then, a few minutes later my give-a-fucker shut off, and it was nice. Now I have a headache.

A reward of drinking for a week of no drinking?
I used to do the same thing. Finally broke the cycle. I still have a drink occasionally, but I don’t think about it excessively like I used to and definitely don’t “reward” myself with alcohol anymore. It’s a much better place if you can get there. Good luck.
