Semantics aside, this would suggest that he is pushing crazy shit through biden either as an act of his "true" form or as an effort to further alienate people from the democratic plantation. Keep in mind OPs original assertion is calling attention to people who think Trump is running things, not to think he is still president. So yeah, would it be accurate to say that Trump is still the president even though his position is under globalist occupation? At any event, we may as well ask what constitutes being president, having legitimate backing by the American people or having power to rule.
