Screw you Star Trek fans! This world will never have a true space fleet inspired by Star Trek, because Orange Man Bad!!!
We're in a situation where Star Trek, a sci-fi TV series had such an impact on US culture that the current sitting president wants to design the ACTUAL US SPACE FORCE logo after the Star Trek logo.
With anyone else in the seat of the white house, this would be praised as an epic move. But alas, we've got Orange Man, so it must be Bad!
Personally, I think it's awesome.
yep, now lets get those libs to go where no man has gone before.
It's not even the star trek logo
It's an upgraded version of the air force space command logo https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/9/94/Air_Force_Space_Command_Logo.svg/294px-Air_Force_Space_Command_Logo.svg.png
That star trek pseudo controversy is garbage coming from yet again the same bunch of unicorn sucking retards

>Air Force Space Command (AFSPC) was a major command of the United States Air Force from September 1982 to December 2019. On 20 December 2019, concurrent with the signing of the National Defense Authorization Act for 2020, it was re-designated as the United States Space Force to stand up as a new sixth service branch of the United States Armed Forces responsible for space warfare.[5] AFSPC had its headquarters at Peterson Air Force Base and supported U.S. military operations worldwide through the use of many different types of space operations. More than 38,000 people performed AFSPC missions at 88 locations worldwide; including military personnel of the USAF, Air Force Reserve and Air National Guard; Department of the Air Force civilians; and civilian contractors.
Fascinating, I didn't know this.

>According to a spokesmen for Space Force as reported by Valerie Insinna, “The delta symbol, the central design element in the seal, was first used as early as 1942 by the U.S. Army Air Forces; and was used in early Air Force space organization emblems dating back to 1961.” That’s a full five years before the September premiere of Star Trek: The Original Series. ... It is very clear that the logo for Starfleet was inspired by the logo from NASA. Even Star Trek’s official website notes that the delta emblem used in the Starfleet logo is a direct descendant of the old NASA logo. It reads, “In the Star Trek universe, the delta emblem is a direct descendant of the vector component of the old NASA (and later UESPA) logos in use during Earth’s space programs of the 20th and 21st Centuries.”
