I had one of those Epson ink wells but when in use the hoses to the print head has the ink dry in it. "Cleaning" means it heats up the tubes for 5 mins and hopes it clears. It was the 2200 so they may have fixed the problem but I got a regular ink cartridge ts4000 now.
Also, Brother is the only one laser printer seller that doesn't print ID info onto paper. HP prints that shit supposedly in 3 different locations on every page.
