Four parts to the con:
You will get a lot of money if you respond.
You are required to respond in 72 hours.
You will be prosecuted by the IRS if you refuse to respond.
You are prohibited by the FBI from contacting any bank or security agancy for advice.
It was a nice touch for the scammers not to ask for any money or payment in this e-mail. That's for later, when they get the sucker on the hook.
