I assume all charities are scams unless proven otherwise. Doubly so for anything to do with the Ukraine conflict.

Irpin, Ukraine is a RICH suburb of Kiev that was briefly held by the Russians to destroy the airport there. Then they left. The city was never under any Russian occupation, was never destroyed, and NOTHING needs to be rebuilt. I doubt that picture they are showing is anywhere near the city. I saw a pro-Ukie advert earlier on an electronic billboard and I didn't think to get a picture of it until I got home.
